How to play Meteor Shower

  1. Choose your questions and a speed, then press Start game.
  2. A meteor falls with a question on it. Tap the right answer at the bottom to blast it.
  3. A wrong answer does nothing, and the meteor keeps falling: try again.
  4. A meteor that lands knocks out a dome. The game ends when all three are gone.

For parents and teachers

The falling meteor makes the time limit easy to see, which helps a child feel the difference between knowing a fact and working it out. Every five meteors stopped, they fall a little faster, so a long game is a good sign that facts are becoming automatic. Start on Easy, and keep the same question set for a while before moving on.
