These terms cover the use of this website. Using it means accepting them. They do not cover fees, timetables or anything else about enrolment — those are agreed with you directly, in person or by phone.

Who runs this site

Expresswala Academy Maths Tuition point, a mathematics coaching academy in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Who may use it

Anyone may read the site. Enquiries and demo bookings about a student under eighteen must be submitted by a parent or guardian — by submitting one you confirm that is who you are.

Enquiries and demo bookings

Submitting an enquiry or booking a demo class does not create an obligation on either side, and does not reserve a seat. A place in a batch exists only when we confirm it to you directly.

A demo class is free and carries no commitment to enrol.

Fees

Fees, payment schedules and refunds are agreed with you directly and are not set by this website. Nothing on this page changes what was agreed between you and the academy.

Information on this site

We keep course, branch and contact details current. Batch timings and availability change during the year, so please confirm by phone before travelling to a branch.

Teaching material is written to be correct and is reviewed, but it is study material rather than a substitute for the syllabus your board publishes. Where the two differ, your board is right.

Student results

Every result published here has been checked against the student's marks statement before publication, and is published with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Results describe what particular students achieved. They are not a prediction, a promise or a guarantee of any other student's outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as one.

Material from elsewhere

Some lesson pages embed videos hosted on YouTube and documents hosted on Google Drive. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Links to other websites are not endorsements of them.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

• copy, republish or resell the teaching material — it is written by the academy for its own students
• submit enquiries for somebody who has not asked you to, or submit details you know to be false
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site that is not public, or to interfere with how it runs for anybody else
• collect information from the site automatically at a rate that affects other visitors

Ownership

The text, teaching material, images and design of this website belong to the academy, except where they are credited to somebody else. You are welcome to read them, print them and use them to study. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, and it will sometimes be down — for maintenance, or for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

We take reasonable care over what this site says and how it runs. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it — for example from acting on a batch timing that has since changed, or from a third-party service being unavailable.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

What we do with the information you give us is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page says when they were last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from them are subject to the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
