How to play Maths Moles

  1. Choose your questions and a speed, then press Start game.
  2. Three moles pop up, each with a number. Whack the mole with the answer.
  3. A wrong mole giggles and ducks; the right one is still there to find.
  4. If nobody is whacked in time, the moles hide and the answer is shown.
  5. A game is fifteen questions.

For parents and teachers

Three numbers to choose from and a mole that will not wait make this quick recall practice, the same skill as Bingo with more fun in it. The wrong numbers are close to the answer, so a child has to know the fact rather than guess by size. The end of the game shows how many were whacked first time, which is the number to watch improve.
