1. Short­list. Remove any school whose board or class range does not fit your child. If you want one school up to Class 12, check whether that range is actu­ally offered today.
2. Read. Go through each offi­cial web­site and write down what it says about cur­ricu­lum, classes, facil­i­ties and admis­sions. Note any­thing that is unclear.
3. Visit. See class­rooms, lab­o­ra­to­ries, the library and play areas dur­ing a work­ing day if the school allows it. Watch how teach­ers and chil­dren speak to each other.
